A set of 3 beautiful A5 cards I made for you to send love and acceptance to your loved ones who are hurting.
Do you know someone who could use permission to cry?
This poem came to me after my father’s death and I find it to hold a lot of wisdom.
The cards are 12cm x 21cm and they come with a white envelope.
Crying can be healing. We all go through challenging times where sometimes all we really need to do is allow the tears.
Tears can show us where we hurt so we can be there for ourselves and give us the time we need to grief, to heal, to mend our broken hearts.
Because we are humans and no-one gets out of here without their heart being broken at least once. As Leonard Cohen famously said
There is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in.
