I am a multimedia artist, singer-songwriter, researcher and devotee of the female face of God and certified health QiGong instructor.

I teach weekly in-person QiGong classes in Ennis, County Clare, and a weekly online class on Sunday mornings.

I write and sing about my soul’s journey, about healing and wonder and about the guts it takes to be truly present on this beautiful earth.

Through my art I aim to express my intuitive heart’s knowing hoping it may inspire and encourage.
